Requirements Assessment & Process Analysis

• Collect role-specific information: job responsibilities, required skills, experience level, education, work location/shifts, salary range, and benefits.
• Determine headcount, start date, urgency level, and any special conditions.
• Finalize the agreed-upon selection criteria in alignment with the client’s expectations.

Solution Design & Delivery Planning

• Screen resumes based on the agreed selection criteria.
• Conduct phone/video pre-screening to evaluate core skills, attitude, availability, and salary expectations.
• Administer additional assessments when applicable, such as aptitude tests, language evaluations, or specialized skill tests.
• Compile a comprehensive Candidate Profile and submit it to the client for review.

Candidate Submission & Interview Coordination

• Provide a shortlisted group of candidates based on the agreed ratio (e.g., 2–3 candidates per position).
• Coordinate interview scheduling between the client and the candidates.
• Collect interview feedback and adjust search criteria when necessary (e.g., if the client revises the requirements).
• Support candidate comparison and provide recommendations to assist the client’s decision-making.

Offer Presentation & Position Closure

• Support the offer process, including salary negotiation and start-date confirmation.
• Go-live: Start operations by accepting work through the agreed channels, with a team leader overseeing quality control.
• Finalize the closure report and provide confirmation of the candidate’s official start date.

• Conduct regular quality checks (QA) and review KPI/SLA performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise and establish CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
